2. Scope of Services

Passport and LINK card assistance are cash-only services and are not processed through the website.
We do not guarantee approval, outcomes, or timelines for any government application.

4. No Guarantees
C&E Disability LLC. cannot guarantee:

Decisions made by government agencies

Appointment availability at government offices

Outcomes affected by missing documents or incorrect information provided by the Client
All final decisions are made solely by the respective government agency.
5. Payments
We are paid directly by Social Security for disability representation services when applicable. Some services (passport assistance, LINK card assistance) are cash-only and paid directly to C&E Disability LLC.
We do not accept payments through our website.
All payments are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend an appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

We do not store client documents electronically long-term. Documents are kept only as needed to complete your case.

Missed deadlines caused by lack of client response

You agree that our role is assistance only, and final responsibility for your application lies with you and the government agency processing it.
